　　1、integrity n.完整；正直；诚实；廉正

 

　　highlight：这个单词来自integral,整体的。后引申诸多形容人的美好品行的褒义词义。

 

　　being straightforward and honest（正直、诚实）in all professional and business relationships;

 

　　2、objectivity n.客观；客观性

 

　　highlight：objectivity=object（物件）+ity（名词后缀）

 

　　not allowing bias（无偏见）,conflicts of interest（无利益冲突）or undue influence of others（因为对其他人有亏欠，产生的对职业判断的影响）to override professional or business judgements;

 

　　3、professional competence and due care保持职业竞争力以及服务能力

 

　　highlight：这个词组里面最难理解的是due：

 

　　due：来自拉丁语debere,欠款，欠债，应还，词源同debt,indebted.在这里理解为：应该有的服务技能。

 

　　to maintain professional knowledge and skill(需要保持自己的服务能力高于职业需求)at a level required to ensure that a client or employer receives competent professional service based on current developments in practice,legislation and techniques and act diligently and in accordance with applicable technical and professional standards;

 

　　这里涉及到，财务人员不能接受超出能力范围的任务。

 

　　4、confidentiality n.保密性

 

　　to respect the confidentiality of information（信息保密）acquired as a result of professional and business relationships and,therefore,not disclose any such information to third parties(未经允许，绝不透露任何第三方的信息)without proper and specific authority,unless there’s a legal or professional right or duty to disclose,nor use the information for the personal advantage of the professional accountant or third parties;

 

　　这个词涉及到，当我们同时服务于两家利益相关的公司和企业，必须对彼此的信息保密。

 

　　5、professional behavior一言一行符合职业操守
