ACCA P4科目介绍：
P4《高级财务管理》是F9《财务管理》的后续课程，更加注重一些复杂的战略财务管理问题的解决。大纲分为四大部分，主要考察：
1.在跨国企业的环境下，高级行政人员或咨询人员在满足不同利益相关者需求时扮演的角色和责任;2.在本国和国际环境下，投资决策和融资决策对战略结果的影响;3.在复杂的公司结构下，财产管理部门的角色，其中包括企业存在的风险和管理这些风险的战略;4.财务问题的影响。
ACCA P4真题怎么利用：
即便已经学过相关的课，汇率生品和利率生品部分仍然是十分饶人，很容易让人丧失耐心和信心。自我感觉，攻克这一块内容，最有效的方法就是吃透例题，所谓“吃透”，绝不是仅仅看着书上的内容看懂，而是脱离了答案，也能清晰地回想起整体的思路是什么，每一步要干什么。其实ACCA的考点一直都很稳定，对这历年真题的解题模版，一步一步理解为什么是这么做的，上来的就被各种上升下降买进卖出搞晕，后面的计算其实也都会，但是第一步被击晕，后面也就乱了方寸，我的建议是一定要画图，把交易的标的和方向弄清楚了再下手。画图即可以帮助审题、记录条件，又可帮助清理思路。多这么反复几道题目，应付考试基本就没有问题了，另外，有几篇相当不错的考官文章，写的比较长上面还清晰明了很多，吃透了也是大有帮助的。
听过很多P4考了好几次没过的人说，实在搞不清，干脆把所有的方向对应的套路背下来，但我个人认为，千万不要尝试死记硬背，多花点时间画画图，这种绕来绕去的东西不是背下来能解决的。反而可以能在考试紧张环境下一不小心记混。。

对于真题，我们除了要掌握单独的知识点，还要把他们串联在一起，并且能识别出题目考察的是哪些知识点的组合，而且它考的不仅仅是知识点，还有我们的思维能力和对商业环境的看法等等，所以我觉得对于像我这种准备时间不是很充分(复习基本在最后一个半月内完成)的话，重点是分析考官提供的答案，从长篇答案中总结他们的答题思路和大纲，然后再同自己的想法对比找到差距，看到自己思考的不缜密的地方加以修改。我的这个办法屡试不爽，基本练习册每道题目我都会分析出提纲要点，这样在时间不够时，可以省去大篇幅写作时间而直接发现自己的丢分点，有利于形成总结思考能力，也可以在练习的过程中与考官的想法越来越贴近，揣摩出他的思维方式，若能以考官的思维来答题，相信定会万无一失。
